Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for worn products.

Return Eligibility

1. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible for return.
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Email us at nubiecloth555@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

Refunds

Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
